BFB Peer Mentors

Dasang is currently a third year student at University of California Berkeley studying Data Science and Business Administration, having previously graduated from Williamsville East High School in 2022. At school, Dasang is interested in the intersections of business in technology, where her on-campus jobs, internships, and student organizations have allowed her to explore data-informed decision making and product development. 

In addition to winning BFB’s first Youth Achievement Competition with her team in 2021, Dasang was also heavily involved in community service, multi-lingual activities, and health-related research throughout her high school and college career. 

Dasang, coming from Tibetan and Chinese descent, hopes to use her own cultural perspective to advocate for and celebrate cultural diversity and mental health equity - especially among the youth population.
