Jing Xu is the program founder of the Starry Bridge at BFB (online platform underconstruction. Please stay tuned!), an initiative dedicated to supporting immigrant parents raising children on the autism spectrum or developmental delays. Starry Bridge aims to contribute to a world that embraces neurodiversity, fosters mental wellness, and empowers every child and family to reach their fullest potential.
As a Senior Consultant Lead at a top US healthcare company, Jing blends logic, creativity, and compassion to drive meaningful impact, leveraging advanced analytics and AI to improve patient outcomes and health system operations.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Science and Technology of China, a master’s degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
Her global perspective, shaped by studying across Asia, Europe, and Australia, fuels her deep passion for combining innovative solutions with empathy to create lasting change in healthcare and the communities she serves.
