Soo Jung

Soo was born and raised in Korea and worked in East Asia and Southeast Asia. She has bachelor’s degrees in Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality & Management from Sookmyung Women's University in Korea and in Culinary Arts & Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University. 

                                                                                                           
Her multifaceted background encompasses menu planning, branding, marketing, and consulting. She specializes in menu engineering based on her culinary background and all her projects; managing international multi-brand menus and Airport pre-opening.

                                                                                                           
She has volunteered as a teacher/tutor for improving community engagement and mental health. She has many dreams still to accomplish and she usually says nobody knows what the future holds. Now, she is excited to share her experience and career with the diverse communities of Western New York.
