Grant has received two gold President's Volunteer Service Award medals, as well as a Hershey Heartwarming Young Heroes Grant for his work with refugees, and he has been tutoring refugees and kids with special needs since 2020. He was a graduate of BFB’s Mental Health Ambassadors program, and he also won the NFJC Social Justice Youth Empowerment Competition in August 2022.

Grant is a co-captain and the first singles player of his high school's varsity tennis team, which made it to the final four of the state championships in 2022. Grant is also the founder of both the physics club and the language puzzle club at his school, and he is a captain of the school's Science Olympiad team and a member of his school’s Masterminds team, both of which qualified for their state competitions.
