Longchuan is a Ph.D. Candidate at the University of Rochester. After receiving his Master degree from University at Buffalo, SUNY in the Mental Health Counseling Program, Chuan works as a mental health counselor in a community agency, providing individual, family and group counseling services to children, teenage, and adult from various backgrounds. 

Chuan’s specialties include parent-and-child issues, anxiety, depression, trauma- and stress-related issues, addiction, and career development. His research focus on multicultural counseling, mindfulness-based interventions and integrated therapy.
